Officevibe is amazing for team connection!

Looking for a great way to keep your team engaged? Workleap's Officevibe plan is fantastic for gathering feedback and making sure everyone feels heard. The Employee Engagement Surveys are so easy to set up and give really valuable insights! We're definitely sticking with Workleap!

Good value with annual plan

I was looking for an employee engagement platform and Workleap seemed promising. I opted for the annual billing to get the 20% off. It made the Employee Experience Platform much more affordable for our small team. So far, it feels like a solid investment for what we paid.

Smooth setup, useful features

We needed a better way to manage our hybrid team and decided to try Workleap's Employee Experience Platform, specifically for its Performance Management and Feedback Loops. The ordering process was straightforward online. We requested a demo first, which was helpful to see it in action. Setup was easier than I expected, with good guides available. Delivery, or rather activation, was instant after purchase. I did have a quick question about integrating with our existing HR system, and support got back to me within a few hours with a clear answer. The quality of the platform seems robust; no glitches so far. The Pulse Surveys are easy to deploy, and the data analytics are actually useful for managers. It's really helping us understand team sentiment better. Definitely worth exploring if you're managing remote or hybrid teams.

Consistently good experience

I've been using Workleap for a while now, first for Officevibe and more recently added the 1:1 Meeting Tool. This latest purchase, adding the Manager Training Tools, was just as smooth as the others. The platform is reliable, and everything integrates well. It's why I keep coming back; it just works without a fuss.

How does Workleap compare to something like Lattice or Culture Amp? We're trying to figure out which one makes the most sense for our company's needs, especially with performance management.

F Faith 2 months ago
We used Culture Amp before switching to Workleap (Officevibe actually, which is part of Workleap now). I feel like Workleap's 1:1 tools and feedback loops are a bit more intuitive for managers.

Lattice is pretty solid too, but I found Workleap's analytics a little easier to digest. It just felt less overwhelming for our managers who aren't super techy.

Anyone know if Workleap has a demo available? I'd really like to see it in action before signing up for anything, even the free trial.

B Brett Hughes 2 months ago
Yep, they definitely offer demos. Just hit up their site, you should see an option to request one. It's pretty standard for these kinds of platforms.

Can confirm, we got a demo before our trial. It was helpful to ask specific questions about our use case.

Is it easy to cancel the Workleap subscription if it doesn't work out? Don't want to get locked into something complicated.

P Phil Whitfield 2 months ago
From what I remember, you can cancel at any time. It's a SaaS model, so usually they don't make it super hard to leave.

We actually had to adjust our plan last year, and it was pretty straightforward with their support. I think if you're on a monthly plan it's even easier than annual to just stop, but even annual isn't like a huge commitment.

Do they ever have public promo codes or sales? Like during holiday times or something? Trying to score a deal.

K Kevin Hughes 2 months ago
Nah, not really, afaik. Most of their discounts are for annual billing or if you're a bigger enterprise customer. Public codes are super rare for these kinds of business tools.

I've never seen a promo code for Workleap floating around. Your best bet for a 'deal' is usually the annual plan or if you qualify for a non-profit/startup discount maybe.

Thinking about getting Workleap for our small team, but we're pretty budget-conscious. Is there usually a good way to save some money or are the prices pretty set?

S Shane 2 months ago
Yeah, I think if you go with the annual plan instead of monthly, you usually get a decent chunk off. That's what we did and it was like 15-20% cheaper.

They also have a free trial so you can test it out first before committing to anything. Definitely worth doing that.
